  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • Salsa q. b.
  • Cheese mozzarella q. b.
  • Salt q. b.

  1. Make cuts in the bread. From the top to the base, without stopping the cut. The bread should stay on the entire base. Cut diagonally from both sides so that it is in small squares.
  2. Mix the butter, garlic and parsley. Season with salt.

  4. Fill an oven tray with foil. Place the bread and cover with aluminum foil.
  5. Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted and the bread slightly golden.

3. BALLS OF GARLIC BREAD

  • 4 cups of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of yeast
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar

4. GARLIC BREAD IN PIZZA DOUGH

Finally, another option of homemade pasta, but this time in the form of pizza.

– Ingredients for the dough –

  • 800g of flour
  • 200g of semolina of wheat (can be flour in the same but it’s better when it’s meal)
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 14g of yeast
  • 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
  • 650ml of warm water

– Ingredients for the garlic sauce –

  • Garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper q. b.
  • Salsa q. b.
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

– Mode of preparation –

  1. In a stand mixer with a hook dough, combine the flours and the salt.
  2. Stir in the yeast and sugar with the warm water and add to the flour.
  3. When the mass is attached, make a ball with hands and knead until light and elastic.
  4. Sprinkle with flour, cover with cling film and leave to rest for 15 minutes.
  5. In the meantime, pre-heat the oven to 180°C.
  6. Divide the dough into 6 or 8 equal parts and extend in the format that you prefer.
  7. On a piece of aluminum foil, barre with olive oil, sprinkle with flour and place the pasta and the pizza.
  8. Crush the garlic in a mortar and pestle until a paste forms and add 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
  9. Barre the base of the pie with the paste and sprinkle with the chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper-ground black.
  10. Make a few small cuts in the dough (as if you would a focaccia).
  11. Bake in the oven until golden brown. Before serving, drizzle with a little olive oil.
