  1. BIB WITH BEEF

– Ingredients –

  • 120g onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 350g carrot
  • 20g of parsley
  • 100g of bacon in cubes
  • 400g of meat for the stew in cubes
  • 400g potatoes, diced
  • 100g of frozen peas
  • 50ml olive oil
  • 100ml white wine
  • 2 stews vegetables
  • 200ml of water
  • Salt q. b.

– Mode of preparation –

  1. In the cup the Thermomix place the onion, garlic, 150g of carrot, parsley and olive oil and chop 5 sec./reg. 5;
  2. Add the bacon, and set 5 min./varoma/vel. 1;
  3. Then, grind 15 sec./reg. 7;
  4. Add the meat, the wine, the broth, and program 20 min./100°C/spd. spoon reverse;
  5. Add the potato, 200g carrot, cut into small cubes, the peas, water and salt, and set 15 min./100°C/spd. spoon reverse.
  6. Check if the vegetables are cooked, if it is necessary to schedule more than a few minutes at the same temperature and speed.
  1. BIB WITH PORK

  • 400g pork, cubed

  • 200g of green beans
  • 1 large onion

  • 50ml olive oil
  • 1 cube of meat broth
  • 1 bay leaf
  • salsa q. b.
  • pepper and salt q. b.
  • 150ml of water

– Mode of preparation –

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes, the carrots, the onion and the garlic;
  2. Cut the potatoes in slices and the onion into pieces;
  3. Remove the ends of the carrots, cut them lengthwise and then into small pieces;
  4. Wash the green beans, remove the ends and cut them into small pieces on the diagonal;
  5. Lay the pieces of onion and garlic to the glass and turn on 5 sec./reg. 5;
  6. Add the olive oil and the pulp of the tomatoes and set 5 min./100°C/spd. 1;
  7. Add the meat cubes, bay leaf, beef stock and parsley to taste, season with pepper and stir in 150ml of water;
  8. Fit the basket of the varoma, place the potatoes, carrot and green beans;
  9. Season with a little salt, close, and program 35 min./varoma/vel. spoon reverse;
  10. Remove the container with the vegetables and check if the meat is cooked;
  11. Add the vegetables to the meat, wrap, throw in a serving dish and serve decorated the taste.

  • The flesh of veal into pieces
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Olive oil
  • 2 dessert spoons of soy sauce
  • 1 meat broth
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Mixed spices to taste (turmeric, pepper, cayenne, oregano, cumin)
  • 1 package of penne

– Mode of Preparation –

  1. In the cup the Thermomix place the onion and the garlic and chop 10 sec./reg. 7;
  2. Add the olive oil and sauté 5 min./100°C/spd. 1;
  3. Add the veal, the beef broth, spices, bay leaf and soy sauce;
  4. Cut the carrot into large cubes and throw into the cup;
  5. Schedule 35 min./100°C/spd. spoon reverse;
  6. Remove the bay leaf and place the two cups of the Thermomix water to the boil;
  7. Add the penne and schedule 8 min./100°C/spd. spoon reverse.

  • 150g onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 380g carrot
  • 20g of parsley

  • 500g potato, diced
  • 300g peas, defrosted
  • 100g of sausage meat diced
  • 900g of chicken leg with skin
  • 2 cubes of vegetable broth
  • 50ml olive oil
  • 100ml white wine
  • 200ml of water
  • Salt q. b.

– Mode of preparation –

  1. In the cup the Thermomix place the onion, garlic, 80g carrot, parsley, tomato and olive oil.
  2. Grind 5 sec./reg. 7;
  3. Add the chorizo and saute 5 min./varoma/vel. 1;
  4. Add the chicken, 300g carrot, cut slices, the wine, the vegetable broth and the water. Wrap well with the help of the spatula.
  5. Place the varoma with potatoes and peas, and program 30 min./varoma/vel. spoon reverse;
  6. Remove and wrap the chicken with the vegetables, grind the salt and is ready to serve.
