Young Kick Hormone Yoga

Between you and me, I could start nothing at all until a year ago with yoga. I always thought: it’s not for a Hektiker like me. However, I then met the inventor of hormone yoga, Dinah Rodrigues from Brazil at a press conference. And me was really blown away, when I heard that she was born in 1927 and at the time was thus already 87. I would have appreciated very loosely 20 years younger you. A real reason for me, this form of Yoga to try out and to stay!
