  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of oat flour
  • 1/2 cup of almond flour

  • 1/2 cup small coconut oil
  • 1 cup of skim milk
  • 3 carrots slices

  • 1 cup of whole wheat flour
  • 4 scoops of Whey Protein of milk cream and caramelized
  • Butter for greasing and parchment paper
